EKG/X-Rays

Well we took Paige in on Tuesday the 17th for an EKG and some chest X-rays.  She has a heart murmor and they are wanting to make sure everything is ok.  I was a little stress as to how she would handle everything, but she was AMAZING!  I tried to warn her to the best of my ability to what they were going to being doing and apparently it worked.  They got the reading on the EKG on the first try and her X-Rays as well.  They will be sending everything off to OHSU for the Pediatric Cardiologyst to review for good measure... which by the way I have no problem with :)  So now we are just playing the waiting game. Waiting for the results of her EKG and hoping everything will be fine!

Wonderful Weekend!

This last weekend was just wonderful!  We honestly did nothing! LOL.  Well we did go out to some friends house on Saturday night, but that didn't take any effort.  I really enjoy spending the weekend with my family and relaxing! :)

Pumpkins 2009!

The "G" is for Gards, Paige's is the one with the heart nose. She designed it herself!  And the melt-y face one was really fun to carve!

Pumpkin Patch!

We had some of our family come up from Bend to join us for Paige's birthday party, so we all headed over to Hermiston, to Bellinger Farms Pumpkin Patch!  All the kids, as well as us parents and yes even the grandparents had a very good time.  After the Pumpkin patch we headed back to Pendleton for an event at the Convention Center where the kids were able to get their faces painted and do some crafts.  Good day all in all! :)

Paige Rene Gard

So my "baby" girl will be turning three tomorrow... I have come to the saddened conclusion that I can not change this, LOL!  I guess she will just age and grow with the best of us.  I don't have to like it, but I guess I will put on my big girl panties and deal with it!  Loves to all and I hope you have a good, "Paige's Birthday Day!"
