Get $10 Off Cars 2 DVD or Blu-Ray via Mail in Rebate

Starting October 30, when you buy Disney Pixar’s Cars 2 movie on DVD or Blu-Ray pack, you can get $10 back in the form of a mail in rebate if you also purchase $20 worth of Kimberly-Clark products. You can see a list of Kimberly-Clark items on the official mail in rebate form here. Scott, Huggies, Viva Paper Towels are just a few of the popular brands listed.
According to the rebate form, here are the mail requirements:

• Proof-of-purchase tab or UPC from your Disney Pixar’s CARS 2 on DVD or Blu-Ray Combo Pack. Proof-of-purchase tab is located on the back of the product packaging just above the UPC code.
• Proof-of-purchase tab or UPC from your Kimberly-Clark products.
• Cash register receipt from Disney Pixar’s CARS 2 DVD or Blu-Ray Combo Pack purchase imprinted with store name and dated between October 30th, 2011 and January 31st, 2012 with purchase price(s) circled (photocopies acceptable).
• Cash register receipt(s) from Kimberly-Clark purchase imprinted with store name and dated between October 30th, 2011 and January 31st, 2012 with purchase price(s) circled. Receipts from multiple retailers and transactions allowed (photocopies acceptable).
• This original, hand-printed, completed certi?cate (no photocopies allowed).
